You have been through my gallery and have seen images of some amazing places. If you would like to go to National Parks and other amazing sites, but you don't want to plan the trip, you are welcome to come along with us on our trips. You can join me or one of the American Adventure Ambassadors and we will do all of the planning and guide you through the parks.
Carlsbad Caverns National Park

Carlsbad Caverns National Park in New Mexico is like no other cavern system in the US. Take a tour with us through the Big Room and Natural Entrance Trails of this great cave. You will also embark on a remarkable adventure through the Spider Cave. Spider Cave is a three-dimensional maze cave—a caver’s paradise. Experienced and beginner cavers will enjoy this adventure! Participants will hike a half-mile down beautiful Garden Grove Canyon to get to the cave, where lots of crawling and climbing will ensue. You will Stay the night on Friday and Saturday nights at the Carlsbad KOA camp. Friday night a spot will be reserved for you and you will meet with our crew saturday morning. On Saturday you will be lead by American Adventure Ambassador Kate Mueller. Photographer Steve Griffin will be in attendance and he will be available to help you with your images. Photographing in a Cave is very difficult. On Saturday afternoon we will be taking a hike through Slaughter Canyon followed that evening by a campfire cookout at the KOA. On Sunday you will join American Adventure Ambassador Becca Wyatt, Star of "Backpacking with Becca" as she leads you through Spider Cave.

Hot Springs National Park

Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas is the oldest protected property in America. Take a tour with us during the height of the foilage season in this amazing Naitonal Park. You will embark on a series of trails that wind trough the woods to the Hot Springs Promenade. Your American Adventures guide will take you along the promenade where you will discover the series of original Hot Spring Bath houses. Your adventure begins on Friday night where you will have reservations at the Gulpha Gorge Campground. Meet with our crew on Friday night as we end the evening over a campfire. Saturday you will follow American Adventure Ambassador Becca Wyatt, Star of "Backpacking with Becca" through the woods of Hot Springs Mountain, including a tour of the Hot Springs Mountain Tower. Saturday night the group will enjoy a grilled meal back at the campground where you will be able to ask questions, to members of American Adventures as well as National Parks photographer Steve Griffin. On Sunday you will be treated to a dip in an indoor Hot Springs pool at one of the still operational Bath Houses, Quapaw Baths.
